Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Teammity collects when you visit our website or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible: the website has no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking cookies.
1. Who we are
Teammity (“we”, “us”, “our”) builds Flutter mobile apps, web applications, and AI-powered software for clients. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at any time at support@teammity.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the project description you write, and anything else you choose to include in it;
- the date and time of your submission.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. To protect the contact form from spam and abuse, we limit how many messages can be sent from one network address. For this, we convert your IP address into a one-way hashed code and store that code with a submission count. We do not store your IP address itself in our database.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) in server logs to keep the site running securely.
Please do not include sensitive information (such as financial, health, or government ID details) in the contact form.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you send us only to:
- reply to your inquiry and arrange a discovery call;
- understand your project and prepare an estimate or proposal;
- keep a record of our conversation with you;
- protect our website and contact form from spam, abuse, and security threats.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we will not add you to a marketing mailing list without your separate consent.
4. Legal basis for processing
Where data protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on:
- Your consent and request: you choose to send us your details so we can respond to you and take steps before a possible contract;
- Legitimate interests: keeping our website secure and preventing spam, using the minimum data needed.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
6. Third-party content
Our website shows thumbnails of our YouTube videos. Some of these images load directly from YouTube (owned by Google), so your browser connects to YouTube's servers, which can see your IP address and browser details. Blog posts may include a video player: it stays switched off until you click play, and then loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) service, which can still collect information about your viewing under YouTube's privacy policy. When you click through to a video or our channel, you leave our website and YouTube's own privacy policy applies. Links to other sites, such as social media profiles, are also covered by those sites' policies, not this one.
8. How long we keep it
- Contact form inquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for as long as our business relationship and legal record-keeping duties require.
- Spam-protection data: the hashed code is used for 15-minute limit windows and deleted within 30 days.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
9. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. All traffic to our website is encrypted with HTTPS, form submissions are stored in a database that is not publicly accessible, and access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- receive a copy of your information in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, email us at support@teammity.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
11. International transfers
Our service providers may store or process your information in countries other than your own. When this happens, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for your information, as required by applicable data protection laws.
12. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear on our website.
14. Contact us
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, email us at support@teammity.com.
